Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

I've started to notice that children are learning to access the internet at very early ages lately. Even my four year old cousin knows how to navigate YouTube to find a video that she wants to watch. I was wondering what age everything thinks is appropriate to begin using the internet in classrooms and teaching kids about it? There is so much on the internet, and it can't always be filtered out. So what age/grade is appropriate to begin showing the children how to navigate it properly and make them aware that there is bad stuff out there on the web that they should be careful of?
teach4 I don't know if there is any age that is too young, but all children no matter their age need supervision. I personally believe that most under 10 need constant supervision, and older ones need 'drop in' supervision. As you are supervising them is the time to slowly start to educate them, explaining why you don't do certain things.
