You might want to use layers instead of a table. I like how easy
it is to put the layer exactly where you want it. You can create
your menu in Dreamweave and put it into the library and then just
insert it into every page or create a template with the menu on it
and use this page to create every other page. This is how I
created my class website. I used Dreamweaver and have a template
for my pages. I just add content and save as ... new page name.
This way the pages have a consistent look and the menu is always
the same. I like how you create the menu and it automatically
updates all of the pages.
