    Do be cautious of layers and webpage creators such as Dreamweaver and
    FrontPage. They insert their own code into the page that most browsers
    can't read. You'll end up with a good 1/2 of your parents and visitors
    unable to view your page or view it correctly. For example, your page Nan, in Mozilla's Firefox, shows up with
    overlapping text, making your links hard to read. And because the
    layers are javascript written, anyone with javascript disabled (which
    is a lot of people considering that most pop-ups are javascript) won't
    be able to see your page at all.
