    I don't understand what you mean by "scroll bars".The horizontal scroll bar is necessary for users with
    800 pixel monitors only because your images are wider
    than 800 pixels. The browser puts the horizontal scroll
    bars there so people can see your wide image(s).

    Vertical scroll bars appear when your site is taller than
    the browser display.

    You'll have to explain better what you need help with.
