There are two things you need to download,
cutepdf and the ghostscript converter.
Once installed, when you print from any Microsoft program,
you can select it as a printer ... so instead of printing on
your paper printer, you create a .pdf file with the CutePDF
printer selection.
It works great and it is free. What they're hoping is that
you purchase the PRO version that creates interactive PDF forms
that people can fill out and email back.
I use it all the time and have never had any problems.
