I googled it and found this handout. It's pretty self
explanatory.

I tought the first group (of pretty tech-saavy folks) to make
their pages in about 45 minutes. They had basic pages done in
under an hour. That's an hour total - me showing, them working.

It's not a robust program, but it gets the job done for most
teachers.
