Probably any online host that provides a web page builder.
Scholastic.com has free websites for teachers. With most of these
website builders you just select a template that suits you and then
substitute the text you want. For uploading things you click on a
link that gives you a window with a little browser box. You look for
the file on your computer and then click upload. After you are done,
you click on save and publish. Bingo. There is your webpage.
After you get the hang of it, you can try some of these other free
open source things like NVU and also you could spend money and get
Front Page or Dreamweaver or other websit builders. I have been told
that what you don't want to do is use Microsoft Word as a webpage
builder. However, perhaps the new Word version is better.
