My thought is ...
They are all good, in ways unique from each other.
Drupal is more powerful, but requires more PHP expertise.
Joomla has so many create forums and support.
I think a person needs to determine what their site
requirements are, and do a bit of research. Even try out
a few CMS scripts to make a good decision.
Knowing somebody personally that is an expert with any one
of them would be the best thing to have for help/advice.
