    Re: 100 Day family project

My son's teacher sent home a paper asking parents to help
their child (first grade) display 100 items in a creative
manner to be displayed at the school. There were no
guidelines other than to be as creative as possible. We
decided to make a diorama with 100 Army Men. We used a
cardboard box, painted a blue sky and green grass, crumpled
up paper bags for mountains and painted pinecones for trees
to this were added the 100 Army Men. Note that the project
will be fairly large to accommodate all the men -
particularly if you add other features.
