Has anyone had success with centers in the intermediate
grades. There is so much attention given to small group
instruction, that it just seems like centers to guide
independent work would be useful. Does anyone have any
advice or suggestions in implementing centers in the
higher grades?

Thanks,
cassie

Shanon Hi Becky, I realize this is an older post but I am also interested in centers for math. If you still have the information, I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you very much. Shanon

Melissa I use Debbie Diller stations in my 5th grade room. Two students per team and a center during one rotation. I've done this for 3 years and love, love, love, watching my students learn!
