Post: Conservation Project
Posted by Jeff on 9/18/08
My name is Jeff Redwine and I have just returned from 2
years in the Peace Corps where I lived in the rainforest of
Panama. I am new on board here at the Earth Foundation,
the worlds largest in-school conservation organization,
where we work with schools to preserve endangered
ecosystems around the word.
This year we are working with Conservation International to
protect the remaining 10% of the rainforest in Madagascar.
Conservation International www.conservation.org is on the
ground in Madagascar working with locals and government
agencies to make a positive “grassroots” impact on the
ecosystems struggling to survive there. 80% of the
creatures in these forests are endemic to Madagascar.
Educating your class on the awesome biodiversity that
exists no where else in the world will empower them to help
stop devastating practices that are driving unique flora
and fauna to extinction.
I can send you a Rainforest Rescue kit in September along
with DVDs and curriculum for free, please contact me to
learn more. We have raised over 10 million dollars for the
Nature Conservancy in projects worldwide. We are the
largest in-school conservation organization. Please contact
me via email or at the number listed below with any
questions or interest you may have. I look forward to
speaking with you and helping your class make a difference.
Please visit our website at www.earthfound.com or call at

1,000 shirts equals a free trip to Costa Rica and protects
100 acres of endangered ecosystems!!!
