Carol--I am in the SAME boat with NETC--I have taken 3 trips in
the past 6 years with them & their costs have gone up too high
for my students. I am checking in to Passports--their prices are
better than NETC & they are working with me so far to get the
price where I need it to be. I have used EF (about 15 years ago)
and the lower price (to me) was NOT worth the loss of quality &
comfort. One of 2 of my colleagues had a good experience with
Explorica this past year.
