I agree whole-heartedly with Janet G's response. AMEN! It's not worth the few hundred dollars you save to go with EF. I have spoken with Explorica and they can offer you better quality (NETC or ACIS quality) at an added cost...they're willing to work with you. However, I think that your question was about the price difference between NETC & ACIS. If ACIS is $400-$500 more, I don't think that's worth it. You will get a good trip with NETC. I've worked with them and they are very knowledgeable. The only thing I don't like is that you start working with one person for enrollment, etc., and then you get switched to another person when it's time for trip logistics. But, as I mentioned in my previous post, I have had GREAT luck working with TSA Tours as well, and I would check into them before making a decision. I hope that helps.
