For a great teacher fundraiser, why not have a teacher
garage sale with gently-used teacher supplies/
items/books/resources? Flyers could be sent to other
surrounding schools and university/college education
programs. Beginning teachers and even well-seasoned
teachers are always looking to save money and find hard-to-
find items. Better to get use out of teacher supplies than
letting them sit in a garage or a cabinet at school.
Another idea is to have the teachers post these items to
www.teachersattic.com where they can be sold to teachers
all over the U.S. Teachersattic keeps 10% of the sale but
allows you to set the price for each item yourself. Then
they send you a check once the item sales. All items can
be shipped book rate CHEAP! to the person that buys the
items.
