Whoa!!!
Do you really know what you are getting into?
You will need to be prepared to work 24x7 without exception, and to
manage the huge expectations and medical crises of the resident
families and residents. This takes a very special personality and
complete dedication. Additionally, you must be very well prepared to
face continuous threat of lawsuit, then you may get bitten or slapped
by a resident; all the while needing to understand their journey that
day!!
I do not seriously mean to discourage anyone. But be very clear eyed
as to the daily operational realities.
However, there is nothing that feels as rewarding when one does
experience it.
