Hi, I too am searching for information on starting an adult
special needs program. I see a great need for those especially
who have graduated from school with no place to go and continue
working on life skills and academics. I know this personally,
because I have an 18 year old cp child of my own. Where does he
go and what does he do when he gets out of school? Here in MS,
our students can stay in school till they are 21. I would love
to open a place for my son along with others to continue working
on things they need to function in everyday life.
If you have any information on where to even start, I would love
to have it.
