Wow! Talk about being on the same page with you ladies. I
have a son who is almost 16 and I have been thinking of
having a daycare for special needs
kids/teens/adults...mainly because I have the desire,
patience, and need to earn some income while serving a need
for others and my son. It sounds like we are so close to
filling a very important need. I am going to talk to a few
people in a support group I attend and see if anyone has
ideas. My thoughts are that as long as each person had the
support needed when they were at the daycare, it would be a
matter of figuring out the laws in the area and how to get
paid so to be able to provide excellent care.
