I paid $412 for a 12 x 8 rug from Lakeshore. I received a discount
and picked it up to avoid shipping charges. So I do not think $300 is
too much for a rug. Yes expensive but I'm waiting to see if my PTSO
will reimburse me since the school purchased rugs for first grade last
year and never checked with K.
I also have tried carpet squares and mine wiggle all over on them.
Very distracting. I've trid tape on the floor and the colored squares
work so well and I don't have to put so much work into it.
