Well, the reason for this to happen is (the first one that
comes up to my mind, because I have been having 4 bettas for
about 2 years now) its fin has some problems. It can be the
left one or the right fin. The frog may have something to do
with it... But, I;m not so sure about that. Have you had any
problems with that beta? Like, have he jumped out of the bowl,
fell on the ground on one side? If you have, that's the cause.
