I have 2 male betas in a 5 gal tank searated by a plastic
grid. They show no agression towards each other. Last
night I came home to find that my blue beta found a way to
to get past the grid. My red and blue beta ripped up the
fins and tail of the blue. The blue beta is still
swimming and eating, though not as well as he did before
his adventure. Is there any hope of regrowth for the blue
beta's fin and tail.

notice a clearish color to the new area of growth over time. I'd add some
aquarium salt-- 1/2 teaspoon per gallon to help it heal. I use it always as a
