Are his eyes bulging at all? They do, anyway, as a betta, but are they popping
out at all? I think he may have a little popeye. This is often a bacterial infection
in the eye which can be treated with an antibiotic like maracyn 2 or tetracycline.
See if it improves in the next couple of days. If not, you may consider
medicating.
