These two Congressional gimmicks" are moving YOUR State
Employee Retirement System Trust Fund money to Washington to
provide a "dollar for dollar" GAIN in the Federal OASDI Trust
Fund.

In effect, Alaska general revenue tax base is "supporting" a
Federal "Program" funded by a "collection procedure" designed
specifically TO USE FUNDS SEPARATE AND APART from ANY general
tax base.

Don't believe it???? Ask ANY knowledgeable CPA.
