There is a huge oversupply of elementary teachers. Everyone and
their dog wants to be one because everyone and their dog can
become one. Nobody is really giving more than a pittance to
people obtaining in demand math credentials, why would they give
lot of help for oversupplied elementary? Ah, hope springs
eternal.
