Post: Foreign credentials and teaching certificate

Hi all,
Iam a foreign graduate and recently got my
transcripts evaluated by WES. According to the evaluation i
hold a bachelors degree in business administration and
English literature. Im seeking middle/elementary teaching
certificat in AL. I ve send my application for 2mnths now
but haven't heard anything from DOE. One of the
representative told me that it takes 3/4 mnths before
someone even looks at the application. This is very
frustrating coz all i need to know is what am i required to
do to get certification. I would really appreciate if
someone could guide me in this regard so that i atleast
start preparing without wasting any more time.
