Re: Private school certifications to Mrs.D

I know how you feel. My husband is military and we move to a new state every 2-4 years, and a new state always means a new test. We are actually moving again this summer, and I am so burned out on all of the things I have to do to be able to teach, I have decided not to teach next year. I think I am going to work on my master's and do something else until he retires in 4 years. Unfortunately it doesn't matter how qualified you really are, you won't be considered "highly qualified" in AL without the Praxis. However, with your experience you won't have any trouble finding a private school job. On 3/26/08, Laurie wrote: > I have taught for over 30 years and am considered highly > qualified.
