My professors have said that they require undergraduates to take the elementary Praxis to graduate. If I were you, I would EMAIL the state dept certification office and ask them about what requirements you need for certification. I would then email my advisor, other professors, the secretary in the office, whomever it takes. Do this via email so you have a paper trail.
