    I have also been to these kinds of interviews. One interview I went to
    was a waste of my time. I overheard the principal telling someone that
    she had a person coming in from out of state to interview for the
    position. Guess who got the job! You practically have to be related to
    or a friend of the person or persons interviewing you in order to get
    the job.
