    I am in the same situation. I cannot find a Social Studies
    position and I have moved across the country thinking that might
    help but each interview I have had has required either basketball
    or football coaching experience. It makes me angry but when I
    think back, all my SS teachers were male coaches so it's not
    anything new but I do believe it is unfair.
