My certification expires in early March. I sent in my re-
certification packet early November and I got my new license in
the mail February 2nd. It took about 11 weeks.

I sent my fingerprint card to a different address and never got
anything back from them but that could be b/c this isn't my
initial certification but rather a re-cert.
