You may want to slow down, take a breath and do some basic research.
Here is one of many, many articles that may be of interest to you
that support the other poster's viewpoint.
There are older ones and ones that are more recent. Just search for
country educational system rankings on Google. They all come out
about the same, although some recent ones talk about NCLB "dumbing
down" the USA even more.
