Hillary,
I started out working in a church preschool program as a
teacher's aide. I found that I loved working with children
and pursued by education degree. I would encourage you to
also look at other jobs in education. If you are not sure
you want your own classroom of students you might also look
into school counselor, speech pathologist (great need), or
librarian. You can also volunteer in a school reading with
students or helping them with homework in an after school
