Why would a good teacher want to spend countless hours
doing the job of several people, be treated like dirt(like
someone who is easily replaced if he/she refuses to do or
can't possibly do the extra work with the time and
resources given),be paid a lot less than surrounding,
local districts, and have absolutely NO job
security/tenure?!? I just don't get it!
Are there any happy charter school teachers out there?!?
