I don't know of the job prospects but I do know that they have
a hard time keeping teachers. Cost of living is outrageous.
Two teachers I know taught in the area so they could live
close to the skiing and outdoors. Had to rent tiny apartment
with others. Some mountain districts offer first year teacher
incentives but after one or two years you are on your own
