I'm hoping to move to your lovely state in 2 years when I'll
have my BS in Elementary ed with an endorsement in ESOL. I
have a few questions and haven't been able to find websites
that answer them.

What is the starting salary of new teachers?
Is there a demand for K-6 teachers?
Does DE accept other states testing like MD does (in Florida
we take FL tests, not Praxis)?
Does DE require a masters degree?
Could I teach an ESOL class with an endorsement, or does DE
require full certification (I'm not sure I even know the
difference)?
