I just accepted a job offer for elementary and I was told
that I would have to complete 2 years of the state mentor
program since I am an experienced teacher but new to DE.
Can anyone tell me what I should expect? Your input is

it is a lot of work for both the mentor and the mentee. A lot
of meetings with the building coordinator and your mentor. It
is helpful.
