    Using your figure of 70% is still an overwhelming sign of truth about
    the teacher-hiring procedures in DE as a teacher. However, I will
    unwaveringly stick with my opinions on the subject which are backed
    up by years of experience with the powers-that-be, have been, and
    always will be in DE and many other states.
