Public school salaries in DE are a combo of state and local
funds. The state pays a portion of your check and it is the
same across the state for each year of experience. Each
district sets how much they will pay you. Add the state and
local numbers together and that is your yearly salary. You
can usually find salary info on each district's website. For
the Lewes area, the district is Cape Henlopen. Indian River
and Milford are nearby districts.
