Teachers who want to leave the classroom and not the field o ften struggle with what can they do next????
Well there are many options a classroom teacher can pursue o utside of the classroom. Some Teachers work with agencies to find them other jobs in the field, some even consider subst ituting(I guess not be in one environment gives them freedom ) others apply for positions as Trainers especially with Bri ght from the start childcare licensing. There is a plethora of opportunities out there for Teachers. Take it from me, I have had the opportunity to explore options.
Don't give up, just find what fits you!
