Hi! My name is Jess and I currently teach Special Education
in Philadelphia and am hoping to move to Hawaii within the
next five years (only so long so I can actually save for
the move!). My questions are mostly regarding how it works.
I saw a post on here that if you're not tenured, that you
can be booted out of a job. How long does it take to get
tenure? Can I still get a job if I am booted out of my
position? How might things differ for a special education
teacher? Thanks for any insight and help!
