I am very frustrated about this. Many parent can not afford
childcare on Fridays. From a teacher viewpoint I am appauled
that 17 days of instruction will be lost. I am barely able to
get in my curriculum with full weeks. Starting on this Friday
I will have no more Fridays as work days, I can not even set
foot on campus to work on anything either, I am appauled that
Hawaii would stoop to such low measures and put the economy
over their keiki ( children) .

Thats just my opinion.
