if your willing to move. Texas needs tons of teachers. SAISD is
looking for 800 new teachers right now. Northside is building 4-6
elem, a few middle and 2-3 new high schools all to be completed by
2010. check out San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and Dallas average
starting salary for 0ys experience is between 40-45,000. Cost of
living is very cheap too. well at least in San Antonio, TX
If your math or SCience you'll most likely get a stipend of 1 or 2
thousand a year extra.
If you really want to teach apply. Its not to late in the summer
either. I had 6 interviews this past week.
