I lived in Moscow,Idaho for 13 years and it was a great place
to raise children. It's a university town and 10 miles away
is Pullman, WA, another university town, so you have the
benefits of two universities and still being in a small
town. I commuted four years to Palouse, WA (17 miles) and
later worked in Whitman County (right across the border from
Moscow) as an itinerant for ESD 101.
Be ready for black ice and grey skies in the winter--but
those were wonderful years, nonetheless!
