My company recruits math and science teachers from India.
My requirements are a bachelors of education, bachelors of
math/science, masters of math/science, fluent in English,
minimum 3 years teaching, currently teaching, and 3 years
teaching their core subject in English. I also have their
degrees evaluated on a course-by-course basis to American
standards. I have been to India to personally interview and
video tape most of my candidates which I have over 20. Also
my candidates are willing to pay their full relocation
expenses.

My company was begun as a result of serving on the board of
directors of a Christian organization specifically targeting
India, South Asia Native Missionary Alliance,
www.sanma.org. Also my wife has taugh history at a Fort
Worth, TX Christian school for over 8 years and I understand
your limitations. Normally, the critical difference is the
income of Christian versus public schools.
