Basically you just do the paperwork. Check the Indiana
Professional Standards Board, send in your paperwork and
cashier's check and if it all works, you get your license later.

I job hunted in the Indy area about 4 years ago and it was
TOUGH. Lots of interest in the Indy area. So hard to get
hired, I ended up in Northwest Indiana almost to Chicago.
