    That being said, know that the market just got harder, I heard
    since Mitch changed the property tax structure many schools
    are leary to hire teacher's with master's. Their funding is
    shaky statewide. Some schools are projected to loose millions
    in their annual dollars.

    I have a master's and just lost out of a job because of this
    and having my master's in Northern Indiana. They were very
    frank with me and said this was the only reason I didn't get
    called for the interview. Truthful or not, who knows, but if
    it is, this is really a sad reason.
