Could you do some switching with another teacher by combining
the class for a few hours each day so you could do your
conferences during one or two afternoons a week and then the
other teacher could do her conferences when you had the
combined classes? I know teachers combine their classes
sometimes for special events. So instead of one special event,
you have enough that week to get your conferences in. Just
thinking out loud.
