How long have you let is lapse? Within the last few weeks,
months or years? You may have an issue if it has been more
than last school year as an expiration date. You may need to
call Indy to find out how hard this will be.

There are online courses from IWU, Ball State, Purdue Calumet,
etc. I believe though that now the majority of these would be
traditional in time (begin soon to be done by December).
