I have a certificate in MO too. What I did is I contacted the
dept of education in Topeka. They sent me paperwork to fill
out and I had to get finger printed. It is actually very
easy. Your transcripts must be sent from whatever school you
went to. Check the web site. You can ask for the paperwork
that way. That's what i did and got it in a couple of days.
