I am an El Ed major and am interviewing for a position at
SHawnee Mission School District. I would be an hourly
employee working 200 days as an English Language Learner
Aide. My question is, what do people in these type of
positions do for pay during winter and spring breaks and
also summer? Would I just go without pay? Someone said
that I'd qualify for unemployment in the summer, any
input? Woul i get paid time off or vacation days to use
throughout the year?
