My husband received a job in OK so we are moving. I
turned in my resignation last week. I was asked to pay a
4% penalty since it was after May 15. This is what my
master agreement says "Any employee asking to leave their
position, only if seeking other employment, shall pay the
following penalties."

I don't think I fit in that category. What do you think?
